FCL
FCL stands for "Full Container Load." It is a term used in international shipping and logistics to indicate that a shipment or cargo occupies an entire shipping container. In FCL shipping, the entire container is reserved for the goods of a single shipper, and the container is sealed at the point of origin and not opened until it reaches its destination. This is in contrast to LCL (Less than Container Load) shipping, where multiple shippers' goods are consolidated into a single container. FCL is often chosen when a shipper has enough goods to fill a container or wishes to have exclusive use of a container for their cargo.
